Welcome to DMoi! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DMoi mobile application (“App”) provided by Awake To Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Sections that should survive termination (such as Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Awake To Tech regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
